1. Services
Brix 10 Media designs, builds and deploys business websites under fixed-scope sprint plans. The deliverables for each plan are those listed on our pricing section at the time you place an order.
2. Delivery timelines
Our 10-minute prototype and 2-hour deployment timelines begin only after we receive complete business details, content and assets from you, and after payment is confirmed. Delays in providing content, domain access or approvals shift the timeline accordingly.
3. Payments
Plan fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Domain registration, hosting renewals and third-party services are billed at cost and are not included unless stated.
4. Revisions and scope
Each plan includes reasonable revisions to the agreed scope during the sprint window. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
5. Client content and rights
You confirm you own or are licensed to use all logos, text, images and other material you supply. On full payment, you receive ownership of the final website content and design produced for you; underlying frameworks, libraries and reusable components remain ours or their respective licensors'.
6. Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel before design work begins, we refund amounts paid less any third-party costs already incurred. Once the prototype has been delivered, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for downtime caused by third-party hosting, domain registrars or network providers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
