1. Scope of service & the 10-minute* layout protocol

Brix 10 Media (“the Agency”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides lightning-fast digital wireframing, layout modeling and web prototyping services.

The 10-minute* blueprint: any reference made across our marketing channels, social platforms (@brix10media) or communications regarding a “10-Minute Website*” explicitly refers to a visual framework prototype layout only.

The milestone trigger: the 10-minute* countdown protocol marks the speed at which our design engine can assemble a conceptual, interactive structural mockup layout for previewing on a mobile viewport or web framework. It does not represent a finished, coded or fully populated commercial website asset.

2. The 2-hour complete production window

The deployment of a finalized, production-ready website is slated for an approximate timeframe of two (2) hours or less. This accelerated development timeline is strictly conditional and will only activate upon the absolute fulfillment of the following client dependencies.

Asset readiness: the client must provide 100% of all relevant business data, copy text, clean corporate logos and image files upfront, before the engineering sprint begins.

Infrastructure readiness: the client must already own a registered domain path and provide complete, functional access permissions to their DNS panel.

3. No guarantee / non-commitment clause on timelines

Brix 10 Media issues no definitive, binding or absolute legal promises regarding exact turnaround timeframes. All metrics (including the 10-minute* prototype and the 2-hour completion window) are operational estimates based on standard project scopes.

The final delivery timeframe can vary significantly and is subject to: the complexity and structural depth of the client’s custom revisions; the volume of data or media assets requested to be manually structured; and network latency, server response lags or system platform dependencies.

We categorically deny any liability, financial claims or project cancellations stemming from a project taking longer than the estimated timeframes due to changes in project scope or technical detailing requirements.

4. Global domain & DNS variance disclaimer

If a client does not possess an active domain registry at the start of a project, the final live launch window will be extended. Brix 10 Media handles internal asset deployment within our cloud engineering architecture rapidly.

However, the international activation of a brand-new custom domain path relies entirely on global registrar networks. Domain Name System (DNS) propagation can fluctuate unpredictably, taking anywhere from a few hours up to 48 hours or more to become fully functional worldwide. The Agency holds zero responsibility or liability for regional downtime, server propagation delays or access variances caused by these third-party internet registries.

5. User content indemnification

Clients retain full legal liability for the copyright validity of all graphics, text, branding identities and trademarks handed over to the Agency for deployment. The client agrees to completely indemnify and hold Brix 10 Media harmless against any international copyright infringement claims or legal disputes arising from client-provided materials.

6. Pricing & engagement

Pricing is quoted per project after we review your requirements through our enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are payable as agreed in writing before the sprint begins. Domain registration, hosting renewals and third-party services are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.

7. Build platforms & technology stack

Our core service is website design and development. We build business websites and web experiences; we do not develop native mobile or desktop applications.

We currently use Lovable, an AI-assisted full-stack web development platform, to produce powerful web applications quickly and reliably. We also build on Wix and WordPress where those platforms suit the project, and we may adopt other tooling in future.

The platform used for a given project is selected by the Agency unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party platform availability, pricing, subscriptions and hosting terms are governed by those providers, and the Agency is not liable for their outages or policy changes.
